The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and verification limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our website and may change at any time.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused verification credits, or service downtime.
If you exceed your plan's verification limits and have enabled overage billing, you will be charged for additional verifications at the rates specified in your plan.

If you are an End User verifying comments, you acknowledge that:
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks, is owned by Commentkey and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property. We may use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that LinkedIn verification will always be successful. LinkedIn may change their platform, which could affect our ability to verify comments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMENTKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
